I say working at the location i was at was stressful because no 2 managers did things the same way or the right way so when corporate would do their walks or the manager that does things right come by to tell you to fix something because a different manager told someone else to do it a different way that was incorrect you had to stop what your doing to fix it and help customers in the process.
I can definitely say i learned to be a lot more patient working there than i have ever been. A typical day at work was just assisting the customers and other departments if they needed help or with any questions, keeping your department clean as well as filled with product for the customers.
